Formed in 2006, by husband and wife founders, Gary and Fiona, Mancini Pictures was created with the aim of encouraging filmmaking in and around the UK’s south coast. To date our productions have been developed with little or no budget, with cast and crew providing their services voluntarily, proving that even with limited resources, a decent story and an enthusiastic bunch of people is all you really need to turn out great, entertaining movies.
However, we are now in a position to step up, as we enter the next phase of production here at Mancini Pictures. We will continue to strengthen our horror output with some exciting new projects, but we are not restricted by genre, or fiction film making, as we go forward.
Mancini Pictures have worked with an amazing group of people, and our talents are beginning to be recognised. Guilty Conscience won the Best Short Film audience award at the 2009 Horror UK film festival, and Marla Newborn from Fangoria Magazine (the world’s best known and best selling horror magazine) proclaimed, “I am a fan of Guilty Conscience!”
Recently some well known names of the big screen have also expressed interest in working with us on future productions. This is an exciting time for us, and we hope, for you too!
